RESOLUTION 3376
Adopted 10 November 1975 as part of the General Assembly's annual debate on the "Question of Palestine." The resolution reaffirms the provisions of General Assembly Resolution 3236 of 1974, including the right of return. It establishes a Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, composed of twenty member states. The committee is mandated to recommend a program for the implementation of the rights of the Palestinian people.
