Amitābha-Sūtra
Amitābha-Sūtra. One of the three basic sūtras of the Pure Land School (with Amitāyurdhyāna-Sūtra and Sukhāvatīvyūha). It survives in Chinese translations, and describes the fundamental practice of reciting Amitābha's name (Amida).
