Spanish Alpine skier. Name variations: Blanca Fernandez Ochoa. Born April 22, 1963, in Madrid, Spain; sister of Francisco Ochoa (who won a gold medal in slalom at Sapporo).
Placed 6th at Sarajevo Olympics in giant slalom (1984) and 5th at Calgary Olympics for slalom (1988); won a bronze medal for slalom at Albertville Olympics (1992).
