Harold E. Ennes Scholarships (Professional Development/Scholarship)
Purpose: To provide educational fund to deserving candidates who aspire to a career in the technical aspects of broadcasting. Focus: Broadcasting; Engineering. Qua-lif.: Applicants must be SBE members; have a career interest in the technical aspect of broadcasting; have work experience in broadcasting engineering. Criteria: Preferences are given to those who are employed in broadcast engineering.
Funds Avail.: $1000 - $3000. Number Awarded: 3. To Apply: Application forms are available at the website. Complete only the A and C sections of the application form and send together with a brief autobiography; a summary of technical changes; and a copy of recent college transcripts (if applicable). Deadline: July 1.

Qua-lif.: Applicants must be high school seniors; planning to enroll at a technical school; pursuing studies leading to a career in broadcasting engineering or related field. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on the committee's review of application materials.

Complete only the B and C sections of the application form and send together with a brief autobiography; a summary of technical changes; and a copy of recent college transcripts (if applicable). Deadline: July 1.
