Chuck Pezzano Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial support for students pursuing a career in communications that involve the sport of bowling. Focus: Communication; Sports writing. Qualif.: Applicants must have a minimum of 2.5 GPA; must be a high school or vocational school senior or college student. Criteria: Awards are given based on academic merit, civic and bowling participation.

Funds Avail.: $1000. To Apply: Applicant must send application form (available at the website); transcript; at least one reference letter; and any other information to support your application. Deadline: May 15.

Remarks: Established in honor of Chuck Pezzano a BWAA, American Bowling Congress and Professional Bowlers Association Hall of Fame journalist. Contact: Steve James, Executive Director
