Breitengraser, Wilhelm, German composer; b. Nuremberg, c. 1495; d. there (buried), Dec. 23, 1542. He studied at the Univ. of Leipzig, and then was active as a teacher and musician in Nuremberg. His works include masses, Psalms, and hymns.
