Bréhy, Hercule, Belgian organist and composer; b. Brussels (baptized), Sept. 13, 1673; d. there (buried), Feb. 28, 1737. He was active as an organist in Brussels, and from 1705 until his death singing master at Ste. Gudule. His works include masses, motets, and Lamentations.
