Drum Major Institute Scholars (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial support and to advocate for fairness, equity and strong communities. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be sophomore and junior college students and must be 18 years old. Criteria: Preference will be given to those who meet the criteria.

NWF's Women for Sustainable Development (WSD) Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for deserving students and to offer career building skills and educational opportunities for participants as well as the opportunity to use these skills to build awareness about international sustainable development issues on their campuses and in their communities. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be females enrolled in undergraduate schools in the U.S. and Mexico. Criteria: Preference will be given to those who meet the criteria.

SSC-Building Environmental Campus Community (BECC) Fellowships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To support talented student organizers to implement the “Building Environmental Campus Community” (BECC) project during the upcoming fall semester on selected campuses nationwide and to conduct a hardhitting campaign for clean energy on campus. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must meet the following criteria: currently enrolled full-time in a college or university; president or leader of an environmental group; demonstrated leadership and recruitment skills; willing and able to use the Sierra Student Coalition name for environmental group, or indicate affiliation with the SSC in campaign materials, media outreach, meetings, and events; and commitment to the BECC model of face-to-face outreach and contact to get students on campus involved in energy issues. Criteria: Preference will be given to those who meet the criteria.

Young People For (YP4) Scholarships (Undergraduate/Fellowship)

Purpose: To provide financial support, technical support and media assistance while a student implements a self-designed blueprint for social justice. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be undergraduate students at twoand four-year institutions. Criteria: Preference will be given to those who meet the criteria.
