W. Scott Boyd Group Grants (All/Grant)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for IAWP chapters and subchapters, as well as chapters working with their agencies for the presentation of group educational and training programs. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be IAWP full members. Criteria: Recipients are selected on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Funds Avail.: $250; $500; $750. Number Awarded: 5-15. Logan S. Chambers Individual Scholarships (Professional Development/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for IAWP full members who wish to increase their knowledge, skills, and abilities in a course of study that pertains to employment and training work, or toward a degree program that relates to job performance and/or promotional possibilities. Focus: General Studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be IAWP full members. Criteria: Recipients are selected on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Freddy L. Jacobs Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for IAWP student members or dependents of IAWP full members who wish to increase their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the area of leadership or workforce development. Focus: General Studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be pursuing an associate, undergraduate degree or other certification who are required to complete an extracurricular educational or training to program to obtain high school diploma. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Funds Avail.: $75; $150; $250. To Apply: Applicants must complete the scholarship application form and attach a brief explanation of how this course will increase their knowledge, skills and abilities in the area of leadership or workforce development.
