Independent Free Methodist, comprehensive, coed. Awards bachelor's and master's degrees. Founded 1892. Setting: 12-acre small town campus with easy access to St. Louis. Endowment: $13.7 million. Educational spending 2003-04: $4279 per student. Total enrollment: 1,305. Faculty: 133 (60 full-time, 73 part-time). Student-undergrad faculty ratio is 14:1. 852 applied, 69% were admitted. 22% from top 10% of their high school class, 48% from top quarter, 76% from top half. 2 National Merit Scholars, 13 valedictorians.
