Jurkovič, Dušan
Jurkovič, Dušan (1868–1947). Slovak architect. Inspired by vernacular timber architecture, he first absorbed Jugendstil elements, but his finest work is the Classical Štefánik monument, near Bradlo, Slovakia (1926–8).
