Polish religious poet. Name variations: Konstancia Benislawska of Ryki. Born 1747 in Livonia, Poland; died 1806; dau. of impoverished nobles; married into the wealthy and well-educated Benislawski family; children: 22.

Ranked as one of the better mystical poets, wrote Piesni sobie spiewanr od Konstancji z Rykow Benislawskie … (Songs Sung to Herself, at the Instigation of Friends, Brought by Konstancja of Ryki Benislawska from Rural Shade to the Daylight of Publication, 1776), a cycle of notable religious poetry.
