WEIL, R. ADRIENNE
WEIL, R. ADRIENNE (1903–?), French naval engineer, Adrienne Weil was born in Paris, where her father was professor of philosophy at the Sorbonne, and her mother a senior official in the Ministry of Education. From 1940 to 1944 she was at the Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge University. From 1951 she was contractual engineer for arms and construction in the French Navy.
