A society of priests and brothers (M.Ss.A., Official Catholic Directory #0590) founded in 1946 in Montreal, Canada, by Father Eusebe M. Menard, a Franciscan. Guided by the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, the members bind themselves by oath to observe the constitutions of the society.
