GOLDSTEIN, RICHARD FRANK
GOLDSTEIN, RICHARD FRANK (1904–1966), British organic chemist and chemical engineer, born in London. Goldstein worked for Imperial Chemical Industries (1927–46), first in dyestuffs division and then on development studies in petrochemicals. His Petroleum Chemicals Industry (1949) became a standard. He joined the British Oxygen Company (1946) and became its managing director (1965).
