Rokkakudō
Rokkakudō (Jap., hexagonal hall). The common name for a Tendai temple in Kyōto, otherwise known as Chōhōji. It was built by Shotoku to enshrine an image of Nyorin Kannon, and it became the emperor's prayer hall in 822.
