Original name, Pavlina Porizkova; born April 9, 1965, in Prostejov, Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republic); immigrated to Sweden, c. 1975, then the United States, 1982; naturalized U.S. citizen; daughter of Anna Porizkova; married Ric Ocasek (a musician and actor), August 23, 1989; children: Jonathan Raven, Oliver Orion; four stepsons: Adam Otcasek, Eron Otcasek, Christopher Otcasek, Derek Otcasek.
