Ventura County Medical Association Alliance Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To educate and protect the health and well-being of the people of Ventura County. Focus: Medicine. Qualif.: Applicants must be accepted or currently enrolled in a health career program; must be students of Ventura County. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic performance and financial need.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. To Apply: Applicants must submit a copy of health career acceptance notification, most recent transcript or progress report (for students attending technical/vocational school), brief biography, recent photo, completed application form and letter of recommendation from a person who can speak to the character and motivation of applicant. Deadline: June 20.
