Abercrombie and Fitch Global Diversity Scholar Awards (High School/Scholarship)

Purpose: To support members to attain higher education. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be a NSHSS member. Criteria: Selection is based on the submitted essay, and will be judged on ingenuity and quality.

Funds Avail.: $1000. Number Awarded: 10. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form and required materials. Deadline: April 30.

Class Nobel Academic Scholarships for Members (High School/Scholarship)

Purpose: To support the education of student members. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be high school student members. Criteria: Selection is based on academic performance; demonstrated leadership; school and extracurricular activities; and community service.

Funds Avail.: $5000. To Apply: Apply online by going to the member log in page. Deadline: November 30.

Griffith College Scholarships for NSHSS Members (High School/Scholarship)

Purpose: To support members to attain higher education. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be a NSHSS member. Criteria: Selection is based on the application.

NSHSS member. Criteria: Selection is based on the application.

Funds Avail.: $1000. Number Awarded: 2. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form together with the required materials and a stamped, self-addressed postcard. Deadline: April 30.

Remarks: Sponsored by Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions.

NSHSS Academic Paper Awards (High School/Scholarship)

Purpose: To support the education of student members. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be a NSHSS member. Criteria: Selection is based on the submitted materials.

Funds Avail.: $250. Number Awarded: Depends on the quantity and quality of entries. To Apply: Applicants must submit their written high school academic paper (research paper, original essay, or analytical paper) accompanied by the Academic Paper Awards entry form. Deadline: May 1.

Remarks: Applicants may submit one paper per year.
