Consortium In-Depth Descriptions
The organizations listed in this section represent consortia of institutions offering Distance Learning programs. Each consortia has been formed so that an expanded set of distance learning options can be offered beyond the resources available through any single member institution.
The following consortia do not have a central application process and/or do not directly award credits and degrees. The application process, credits, or conferred degrees are awarded through one of the member institutions. Further, consortia generally are not directly granted accreditation; rather, credits and degrees reflect the accreditation of the awarding institution. The reader should obtain specific information directly from the consortia itself.
