Vandenhove, Charles
Vandenhove, Charles (1927– ). Belgian architect, a pupil of Bourgeois. Among his works may be cited the Centre Hospitalier, the Sart-Tilman campus (1962–86), renovation of the Hors-Château, Liège (1978–85), the Paleis van Justitie, 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands (1992–8), and major complexes in Den Haag (1988–98), Maastricht (1989–93), and Amsterdam (1989–92). Much of his work has been informed by Classicism.
