Pritchett, James Pigott (1789–1868). Welsh-born architect. He had an extensive practice in Yorks., where he was responsible for many competent buildings. He designed York Cemetery, including the Greek Revival Chapel (1836–7), Huddersfield Railway Station (1846–7), and the portico of the Assembly Rooms, York (1828).
