CAREER: Apple Computer, worked in marketing management positions; Ingres Corp. (now a division of Computer Associates), worldwide director of product marketing; Landor Associates, director of marketing consulting; Chasm Group (consulting firm), San Mateo, CA, founding partner and managing director, 1992—. Guest lecturer at Pepperdine University, Santa Clara University, Stanford University, and University of California—Berkeley. Also worked as an account manager for an advertising agency. Member of advisory board of Kintana, Inc. and Portview Communications Partners.
