A Fine Mess
A Fine Mess ★½ 1986 (PG)
Two buffoons cash in when one overhears a plan to dope a racehorse, but they are soon fleeing the plotters' slapstick pursuit. The plot is further complicated by the ro mantic interest of a gangster's wife. The TV popularity of the two stars did not translate to the big screen; perhaps it's Edwards's fault. 100m/C VHS, DVD . Ted Dan son, Howie Mandel, Richard Mulligan, Stuart Mar golin, Maria Conchita Alonso, Paul Sorvino; D: Blake Edwards; W: Blake Edwards; C: Harry Stra dling Jr.; M: Henry Mancini.
