Smith Square a square in Westminster, London, the location since 1958 of the headquarters of the British Conservative Party and (between 1928 and 1980) of the Labour Party (see Transport House). Smith Square has thus been used for the leadership of the Conservative Party (and occasionally, for the leadership of both parties).
