Loan Forgiveness Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To foster industry leadership by supporting the education of students pursuing careers in the automotive aftermarket. Focus: Automotive technology. Qualif.: Applicants must be post-graduate students with one year minimum employment by a SEMA member company. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on the review of the completed application.

Funds Avail.: $1,000. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form; resume; official, sealed transcripts for all college or post-secondary course work completed through the first quarter or semester of the current year; must provide documentation of outstanding student loans; personal essay; two letters of recommendation from professors, career counselors, or employers; must submit a current photo for publication and promotional use. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 grade point average; must be pursuing studies leading to a career in the automotive aftermarket or a related field. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic performance.
