NOBLE Fellowship Program (All/Fellowship)

Purpose: To ensure that minorities will have equal opportunities in participating in different levels of law enforcement. Focus: Law enforcement. Qualif.: Applicant must be a NOBLE member and a full-time active law enforcement official holding a college degree. Criteria: Applications are screened by a review committee and the Executive Director of NOBLE.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. To Apply: Applicants must submit a statement of proposed project/activity for the Fellowship period.

Remarks: The employer of the applicant must agree to pay the fellow’s salary and fringe benefits during the fellowship.

NOBLE Southern California Chapter Scholarship Program (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To assist Southern California students in their education. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be a Southern California resident or student attending a college, university, or academy accredited by the Scholarship Committee. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on merits.

Funds Avail.: $1,000. Number Awarded: 2. To Apply: Application forms are available at the website. Applicants

must submit a completed application form, a recent photograph, and two letters of recommendation to SCC NOBLE Scholarship Committee. Deadline: January 12.
