Antenore C. “Buth” Davanzo Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To educate and inform policy makers and the general public; to promote scientifically-sound environmental practices and regulation; to promote and advance the water quality profession; to promote public and ecological health by preserving and enhancing Michigan's water environment. Focus: Environmental Conservation. Qualif.: Applicants must be attending a Michigan college or university; must be part-time students and pursuing a course of study leading to a career in Wastewater Treatment or some aspect of the water environment field; must

be entering the second year of a two or four-year program in the year following receipt of the award or be in a graduate level course of study; must have at least a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must be organization members at the time of the presentation of the award. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic performance and adherence to the requirements.

Funds Avail.: $500. To Apply: Applicants must submit a paper of between 500 and 600 words reflecting on their career interests and objectives and how they envision using their education to enhance water quality; must submit a current copy of their college or university transcript; resume with all full and part-time employment, education history and extracurricular activities; a letter of recommendation from their academic advisor or other appropriate official attesting to their course of study and other aspects of their application. John P. Hennessy Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Jack H. Wagner Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Applicant must have an at least 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must be organization member at the time of the presentation of the award. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic performance and adherence to the requirements.
