Pimms
Pimms Trade name; a ready‐mixed cocktail based on spirits and flavoured with herbs and liqueurs, invented by James Pimm in London (1841), normally served as a long drink with ice and soda or lemonade, garnished with fruit, cucumber, or mint. Originally there were four varieties, based on gin, whisky, brandy, and rum; only No. 1, now based on vodka, survives.
