Orbais, Jean d'
Orbais, Jean d' (fl. C13). With Jean de or le Loup, Gaucher de Rheims, Bernard de Soissons, Robert de Coucy, and Adam de Rheims, he appears to have been one of the architects responsible for Rheims Cathedral from 1211. He probably drew up the original plan, as he was Master-Mason there (c.1229 to 29).
