Born on February 18, 1858; died on March 1, 1924; daughter of Leopold II, king of Belgium (r. 1865–1909), and Maria Henrietta of Austria (1836–1902); married Prince Philip of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, on February 4, 1875 (divorced 1906); children: Leopold of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha (b. 1878); Dorothy of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha (b. 1881), princess of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha.
