Born in 1722; died on January 13, 1780; daughter of Antoinetta Amelia (1696–1762) and Ferdinand Albert II, duke of Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel; married Augustus William (1722–1758, brother of Frederick II the Great, king of Prussia), on January 6, 1742; children: Frederick William II (1744–1797), king of Prussia (r. 1786–1797); Frederick Henry (1747–1767); Wilhelmina of Prussia (1751–1820); George Charles (1758–1759).
