French princess. Born in 1737; died in 1787; youngest daughter of Louis XV (1710–1774), king of France (r. 1715–1774), and Marie Leczinska (1703–1768); sister of Louise Elizabeth (1727–1759), Henriette (1727–1752), Adelaide (1732–1800), Victoire (1733–1799), and Sophie (1734–1782).
Louise Marie, the daughter of Marie Leczinska and Louis XV, king of France, became a Carmelite nun.
