Danish soccer player. Born in Denmark in 1956.
In 1971, Denmark's women footballers defeated Mexico 3–0 to win the world championship for the second successive year. To the delight of the Danes, all three goals were scored by Susanne Augustesen, a 15-year-old schoolgirl. Thirty-one-year-old Helene Hansen , the oldest member of the team, also dominated the game.
