With sister Liz, and twins Marge and Mary Ann Ganser, formed Shangri-Las (1964) and released hit, "Remember (Walkin' in the Sand)," which launched the Red Bird label (1964); with group, released Leader of the Pack (1964), which included #1 hit title track; other albums include Shangri-Las '65 (1965) and I Can Never Go Home Anymore (1966); other hit songs include "Give Him a Great Big Kiss" (1964), "Give Us Your Blessings" (1965) and "Long Live Our Love" (1966).
