George Pulman (photographer), 1861 (died 1871); m. John Blackman (reporter), 1875 (died 1893); children: (1st m.) 3 sons, 2 daughters, and 2 stepsons; (2nd m.) 1 son.
Immigrated with husband to New Zealand (1861); assumed management of husband's photographic studio after his death (1871); specialized in portrait and scenic subjects.
