Adela of Meissen (fl. 1100s)

German royal. Born in Meissen, a city in Germany, northwest of Dresden; flourished in the 1100s; daughter of Otto II, margrave of Meissen; first wife of Ottokar I (d. 1230), king of Bohemia (r. 1198–1230); children: Dagmar of Bohemia (d. 1212). Ottokar's second wife was Constance of Hungary .
