Nidi dhyāsana
Nidi dhyāsana (Skt., ‘contemplate’). Third and culminating component of meditation in Vedānta, leading to spiritual knowledge. The first is śravaṇa, hearing and reading scripture; second is manana, reflection and assimilation of the first; third is the integration of both through meditation.
