Okuninushi In Japanese mythology, god of healing and sorcery. He married Princess Suseri, the daughter of the storm god, Susanowo, who subjected him to many ordeals. He escaped, taking his father-in-law's sword and bow. With the help of a dwarf, he began to create the world and learnt the art of curing ailments.
