PERSONAL

Born May 24, 1976; raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; daughter of Lou Zamprogna (a director, choreographer, dancer, and operator of a dance school); mother, an operator of a dance school; sister of Amanda Zamprogna (an actress) and Dominic Zamprogna (an actor); married Daniel Boich, October 25, 2003. Education: Attended Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Career: Actress and dancer. Dance soloist for symphonies, including the Florida Symphonic Pops Orchestra, Boca Raton, FL; Studio Technique, Burlington, Ontario, Canada, instructor of acting and pilates classes.

Awards, Honors: Young Artist Award nominations, best young actress costarring in an off-primetime series, Young Artist Foundation, 1991, and best young actress costarring in a cable series, 1993, Gemini Award nominations, best performance by an actress in a supporting role, Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television, 1992 and 1995, and Gemini Award nomination, best performance by an actress in a continuing leading dramatic role, 1997, all for Road to Avonlea.
