Jim Hierlihy Memorial Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To widen horizons of ENL student members by providing financial support as they pursue college or university studies. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be diagnosed with epilepsy and be members in good standing of Epilepsy Newfoundland and Labrador at the time of scholarship application. Scholarship is not open to current ENL board and staff members. Former board or staff members and/or their family members may apply for scholarships if they have been out of the service of Epilepsy Newfoundland and Labrador for two years. Criteria: Recipient is chosen based on grades, extracurricular activities and financial need.

Funds Avail.: $1,000. Number Awarded: 1. To Apply: Applicants must submit the completed application form available from the website along with a copy of the most recent academic transcript to: Epilepsy Newfoundland and

Labrador, 26 O'Leary Ave., St. John's, NFA1B 2C7. Deadline: November 1.
