Joe Bynum/Raymond James Investment Services Technical Excellence Scholarships Fund (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To help young men and women secure a college education. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be graduates of Oxford High School in Calhoun County; must have a 2.5 average on a 4.0 scale; must be enrolled as part- or full-time students. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on financial need, academic ability and good character.

Calhoun County Auduburn University Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Qualif.: Applicants must be graduates of Oxford High School or its successor; must have 3.0 or “B” average; must be actively involved in their community, school and religious activities; must be full or part-time enrolled students at an accredited institution of higher learning in the United States; may be pursuing any field of academic study or technical training. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on financial need and academic performance.

Qualif.: Applicants must be graduates of any accredited public or private high school within Calhoun County possessing an unencumbered Registered Nurse License; must be full-time students enrolled at the Jacksonville State University Lurleen B. Wallace College of Nursing and Health Sciences RN to BSN Strategic Teaching for Enhanced Professional Preparation program. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on character, academic ability, school/community service and financial need.

Purpose: To support tuition assistance for students attending Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School in Anniston, Alabama. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be enrolled on a full-time basis at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School either in elementary or high school levels; must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or “C” on a 4.0 scale. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on background, financial need and clarity and completeness of application.

Qualif.: Applicants must be graduating senior students of Saks High School or it’s successor institution; must have maintained high personal standards and moral character; must have a minimum of

2.5 or “C” average on a 4.0 scale; must be full-time students completing academics aligned with their specific major or degree. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on financial need and academic performance.
