Independent, comprehensive, coed. Awards bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. Founded 1920. Setting: 488-acre urban campus. Endowment: $24 million. Costs Per Year:

Application fee: $100. Comprehensive fee: $33,761 includes full-time tuition ($24,054), mandatory fees ($1047), and college room and board ($8660). College room only: $4710. Room and board charges vary according to board plan. Part-time tuition: $1002 per credit hour. Part-time mandatory fees: $640 per term.

Collegiate Environment:

Orientation program. Choral group. Student services: health clinic, personal-psychological counseling.
