Independent, comprehensive, coed, affiliated with Church of Christ. Awards associate, bachelor's, master's, and first professional degrees. Founded 1924. Setting: 40-acre urban campus. Collegiate Environment:
Orientation program. Drama-theater group, choral group, student-run newspaper. Social organizations: 12 open to all. Major annual events: Hearts Day, Fall Thing, Campus Picnic.
