The Youth Scholarship Program (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarships to those students with

diabetes. Focus: Diabetes. Qualif.: Applicants must be

full-time undergraduate students with diabetes in the Central Ohio area; must demonstrate exemplary adjustment to living with diabetes; show financial need; and demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities which help others and foster personal growth. Criteria: Preference will be given to those students who will meet the criteria.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form. Deadline: February. Contact: Central Ohio Diabetes Association at the above address (see entry 2094).
