Scholarships (Graduate/Loan)

Purpose: To support the higher education of students of Armenian descent. Focus: Communications; Educational administration; Public administration; International affairs and relations; Armenian studies; Law; Medicine. Qualif.: Applicant must be a full-time graduate student of Armenian descent; must be a U.S. resident or citizen; and must be enrolled in a competitive college or university in the United States. Criteria: Awards are given based on merit.

Funds Avail.: $2,500-$7,500. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form with two letters of recommendation; undergraduate/graduate transcript; copy of acceptance letter from the university; copy of Student Aid Report; copy of Financial Awards Letter or a copy of latest filed Federal Tax Return (Form 1040); resume; copies of published work; and a photograph. Deadline: April 1. Remarks: Students must start repayment of their loans one year after graduating or leaving school.
