Serrure, Théodore
Serrure, Théodore (1862–1957). Belgian architect. Among his realized designs were three fine schools in Brussels, of which that in Veronesestraat (1903–7) is a master-work, with Neo-Classicism wedded to elegant iron-and-glass roof structures.
