ileocaecocystoplasty
ileocaecocystoplasty (ili-oh-see-koh-sis-toh-plasti) n. an operation in which the dome of the bladder is removed by cutting across the bladder transversely or sagittally above the openings of the ureters; the dome is replaced by an isolated segment of caecum and terminal ileum. See cystoplasty.
