diclofenac
diclofenac (dy-kloh-fen-ak) n. an anti-inflammatory drug (see NSAID) used to relieve joint pain in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute gout, and ankylosing spondylitis and also for postoperative pain relief. It is administered by mouth or injection or as suppositories. Trade names: Diclomax, Motifene, Volraman, Voltarol.
