Furthermore, the need to have a balanced discussion of both worlds and how one world could benefit from the other I find most appealing! The topic of aging and adult development lends itself very well to this discussion, because it is universal and fast becoming a problem issue in both developing and developed worlds. My writing process starts with distilling a western theory or concept and then examining its appropriateness or inappropriateness in a non-western setting."
